At Luma AI, we believe in clarity. Our terms are designed to protect both the human creator and the artificial intelligence that assists them.

AI Intelligence Rights

You retain ownership of all inputs you provide to the Luma AI service. However, by using our generative models, you grant Luma AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your generated outputs for the sole purpose of improving our platform.

Acceptable Use

Usage of Luma AI requires adherence to our ethical AI framework. Prohibited activities include the generation of deepfakes without consent, malicious code injection, or any activity that violates international data privacy laws.

01 — No Harassment

Generation of harmful or abusive content is strictly forbidden.

02 — No Impersonation

Users must not use AI to deceive or falsely represent another person.

03 — IP Protection

Do not upload material that infringes on third-party copyrights.

04 — Data Integrity

Automated scraping of Luma AI outputs is prohibited.

Service Limitations

Luma AI provides "as is" services. AI outputs may contain hallucinations, inaccuracies, or unexpected artifacts. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or results that perfectly match human expectations in complex tasks.
